Switch to Host Mode
Download RideAway and switch to Host Mode from your profile. Same app as riders — no separate download.
- Step 2
Complete KYC and payout details
Verify yourself through DigiLocker and add the bank account or UPI ID where you want to be paid.
- Step 3
Add your bike
Upload photos, set your daily price, and add RC, insurance, and PUC. Sign the host agreement in the app.
- Step 4
Go live and hand over
Once approved, your listing goes live. Record pickup and return with photos from today's handovers.

How do I become a host on RideAway?
Download the RideAway app and switch to Host Mode. Complete the guided onboarding: DigiLocker KYC, business details, bank or UPI payout account, add your vehicle with photos and pricing, upload RC/insurance/PUC, and sign the host agreement. Once approved, your listing goes live in Pune or Vadodara.
How much can hosts earn?
Hosts keep up to 70% of every booking. Earnings depend on your city, vehicle type, and how often your bike is booked. Track pending, in-trip, and held amounts in your host dashboard.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed on a weekly or monthly schedule directly to your registered bank account or UPI. View your earnings ledger, payout history, and next scheduled payout date in the Host Mode payouts tab.
Are riders verified before they book my bike?
Yes. Every rider on RideAway completes DigiLocker KYC — Aadhaar and driving licence verified — before they can make their first booking.
What documents do hosts need?
DigiLocker KYC (Aadhaar + driving licence), vehicle RC, valid insurance, PUC certificate, and bank or UPI details for payouts. All uploads happen inside the app during onboarding.
Can I manage my bike's availability?
Yes. Use the calendar in Host Mode to block dates when your bike is unavailable. You can also pause listings and update pricing anytime from the My Bikes tab.
How do handovers work?
When a booking starts, you'll see it in today's handovers on your dashboard. Record pickup with photos and notes, contact the rider from the booking screen, and mark return when the trip ends.
Can I use the same app as a rider and a host?
Yes. RideAway is one app with two modes. Switch between Rider Mode and Host Mode anytime from your profile — no separate download needed.
